Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

1. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@homeofspring.com. Without a prior return request, we won't be able to accept any items sent back to us.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is unused and that all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips are intact.
3. Customer provides return shipping. Returns should be sent to our logistics center at: 
   HOS Home Deco & Living GmbH, C/O Sharma, Forstweg 14, Hirschhorn 69434, Hesse, Deutschland
4. Once we receive the return and confirm its original condition through a quality inspection, we will process your refund for the eligible product(s).

Damages and issues
At Home of Spring, we strive to ensure every package reaches you safely and intact. If an item does arrive broken, please:

• Photograph the packaging from outside
• Photograph the damaged product (we recommend multiple angles).
• Email your photos to hello@homeofspring.com—including your order number in the subject line.

Once we receive and review your images, we’ll open a claim with the carrier. After validating the damage, you’ll have the choice of either: a replacement of the same item, or a full refund.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
