Placing a return
At Home of Spring, we want you to love the items you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Steps
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@homeofspring.com. Without a prior return request, we won't be able to accept any items sent back to us.
- Pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is unused and that all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips are intact.
- Customer provides return shipping. Returns should be sent to our logistics center at:

Upon receiving your request for a return, we will swiftly evaluate your request and initiate the return process within 10 business days. We understand that a timely process of return is crucial, and we strive to process them as quickly as possible.

At Home of Spring, we strive to ensure every package reaches you safely and intact. If an item does arrive broken, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging
- Photograph the damaged product (we recommend multiple angles).
- Email your photos to hello@homeofspring.com—including your order number in the subject line.
Once we receive and review your images, we’ll open a claim with the carrier. After validating the damage, you’ll have the choice of either: a replacement of the same item, or a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a cancellation request at hello@homeofspring.com
Upon receiving your request, your order will be immediately canceled. This means that the delivery process will be stopped, and your order will not reach you. However, please note that cancellation may not be possible in the final stages of production or once the product is shipped.
